The menu features all the old pub classics but with a totally modern twist. We are looking for someone who is creative and that can take direction from the Head Chef. As Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie we are looking for someone with the following attributes Experience working in a fresh produce kitchen team of 3 -Experienced working with fresh local &amp seasonal produce -Someone who is creative that wants to learn and be developed -At least a couple of years experience in the industry -Live within 20 30 minutes of the pub restaurant As Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie you will work 5 days from 7 and some split shifts to fall in line with the business requirements.
