Executive Head Chef for 78m Private Yacht circa Â?60000 70000 A unique opportunity has arisen for a Michelin standard Executive Head Chef to join this stunning 78 metre private yacht and run the kitchen brigade onboard. We require an outstanding Exec Head Chef to join the crew of this private yacht currently moored in Antibes and produce outstanding Michelin star food to the owner family and up to 12 guests. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen to produce all staff meals and may be required to fly to specific parties and events as required. The role is based onboard and the yacht is currently used for an average of 25 of the year. When not in operation the hours will be 8-5pm 5 days a week. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You will need to have or be wiling to gain your Stcw 95 basic (sea faring) training qualification. We will only consider Cvs from Executive Head Chefs who have a Michelin star background and are committed to working abroad in this environment and can start mid to late September.
