Visitor Services Assistant Rhs Garden Wisley Woking Surrey Gu23 6qb Casual hours Circa Â?7.50 per hour Looking for some casual work where you can meet people and contribute to creating a great customer experience? This role plays a key part in making sure we achieve this in addition to our planned growth in visitor numbers (last year we experienced over 900000 visitors to our site. The successful candidates will be part of a friendly team in Visitor Services delivering excellent customer service and greeting visitors at the beginning of their visit. The role involves meeting and greeting visitors answering queries selling entry tickets and guidebooks explaining membership benefits and helping us to meet our targets. Another exciting key part of the role is to support our Curatorial Events and Family Learning teams with their schedule and delivery of events and functions on site. Reflecting the nature of our business and its 7 day operation there will be a requirement for some weekend and Bank Holiday working. Most importantly we are looking for someone who will really enjoy the chance to deliver excellent customer service to enhance our visitor experience and we are happy to consider all requests for flexible hours.
